Adam Chant showed he's loving the hills with a good new personal best at Queen Elizabeth Country Park on Saturday.
Training with the Denmead Striders is clearly paying off with some excellent results for the team.

Chant took the first position at QE parkrun with an excellent time of 18min 45sec.
The result promises some big performances to come in the Hampshire Road Race League which starts with the Overton 5 on Sunday.
Second was Gosport's Chris Buxton who ran 19.27.
Denmead's Nicholas Minter also had a good run as he finished fourth and got a new personal best as well, finishing in 20.35.
Katie Wadeson was the first female finisher as she ran a time of 24.34. Second was Harrow junior Amelia Young in 26.47.
Wendy Cooper recorded her 100thÂ parkrun.
In total 98 people completed the 5kÂ on Saturday. It was event number 280.
James Baker finished in first position at the Havant event 327 with a time of 16.22.
JuliaÂ Noble finished first female with a time of 21.28 with Sheila Lammas second in 21.55.
In total 250 people completed the 5k at Staunton Country Park on Saturday.
Hannah Tollinton finished first lady and was 18th overall with a time of 22.06 as 175 people did theÂ Chichester parkrun at Oaklands Park.
The Denmead Striders were in good form at Portsmouth Lakeside with Matthew Cheyney clocking a new personal best of 17.44, while Liz Steward finished first lady.
Fraser Gordon was first to finish the 121stÂ event with a time of 17.19 as 256 people completed the 5k.
James Fanning led the way at Southsea parkrun.
He recorded a time of 17.04 with Martin Stockley second in 17.08 and Jhon Cosgrove third in a new course best for him of 17.10.
Matthew Salt in fourth place and Chris Scott in fifth did 17.29 and 17.59 respectively.
Emma Jolley finished first lady with 18.05, a new Southsea parkrun personal best.
In total 473 people completed the parkrun and it was event number 257.
Fareham parkrun had 243 finishers with Raymond Smith and Alex Bidwell both completing their century of parkruns.
The 72ndÂ Whiteley parkrun saw 208 people completed the 5k.
Paul Turner,Â Daniel Clark, Angela Price, Peter Turner and Karen Harding Â did their 50thÂ parkruns at Lee-on-the-Solent with 427 people finishing the seafront 5k.
