Havant hosts activities fun day for all the family

A TOWN park will come alive with fun activities for all the family later this month.

Havant Park will be hosting Havant Fun Day on Saturday, July 16, from 11am to 4pm.

This year’s event will see the addition of two new inflatable attractions; a giant inflatable slide and a large inflatable assault course.

More than 6,500 people attended the fun day last year.

Steve Carey, pastor of Family Church Havant, which organises the event, said: ‘The giant inflatables are always such a popular area with families, so we decided to add to this attraction area for 2016.

‘As the event grows in popularity we always aim to add and improve, to make the Havant Fun Day better each year.’

Entry is free.

There will be a wide range of activities, including face painting, human table football, craft activities, a photo booth, and traditional stall games.
