Hayling steam and model railway event
Steam and model railways are on display at the Hayling Seaside Railway event this weekend.
The event will feature visiting steam locomotive Jack Lane, and model railways on a variety of different scales and trade stands at an exhibition hall at Hayling Island Community Centre.
The exhibition is open from 10.30am to 4.30pm tody and tomorrow. The first ride on the steam train is at 10.15am from Beachlands Station and the last at 5pm on both days.
Pupils at Hayling’s Mill Rythe School have designed murals to adorn the south side of the new Hayling Billy Depot at Eastoke Corner. All entries will be on public display during the event.
