Man, 23, caught over the limit is banned from driving
A MAN has been banned from driving after being caught over the limit.
Bhavin Patel, 23, of Queen Street, Portsea, was stopped in the same road on March 18.
A test revealed he had 109 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, more than the 80mg legal limit.
Portsmouth magistrates fined him £120 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
Patel was banned from driving for a year at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
