Motorway crash causes hold-ups
A crash on a Hampshire motorway caused delays for drivers today.
The accident happened just after 7.30am on the M3 northbound just after J11 for Winchester.
Romanse traffic managers said it was blocking the outside two lanes of the motorway and that there were delays on approach.
