A MAN’S body was found in a Gosport flat, according to police.

Emergency service vehicles were seen gathering outside Hammond Court in South Street on Friday afternoon.

A spokesman for the police force said: ‘We were called at 3.25pm on Friday, March 5 following the discovery of a man’s body at a flat in South Street, Gosport

‘The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

‘Next of kin for the man, aged in his 30s, have been informed.’
