The annual Alverstoke Garden Walkabout, held in aid of the Alverstoke Parish Centre Regeneration Fund, raised more than £7,000 for the new building earlier in the summer.

Now, organisers have confirmed that the 2023 event will now be held on Saturday, June 17 and Sunday, June 18, after a rearrangement of dates.

‘Well done one and all, with particular thanks to our sponsors at A&S Motors and particularly our amazing gardeners.’

A quiz night will also be held at the existing parish centre in Green Lane on October 8.

For tickets, visit either the parish centre or the village Post Office.
