Accidents cause delays
Two accidents caused delays for drivers heading towards Portsmouth today.
The A3M was partially blocked southbound in the morning rush hour due to an overturned vehicle at junction 3 near Waterlooville.
And there were hold-ups on the southbound A3 near Petersfield Services after a car hit the central barrier. Police tweeted a picture of debris and mud in the road after the accident.
