Hampshire traffic: M3 southbound delays at Winchester with two lanes blocked after incident

The crash on the M3 southbound between junction 11, Winchester, and junction 12, Chandlers Ford is causing delays on Friday, October 18. The incident has led to two lanes being blocked with queues building to junction 10.

Hampshire County Council Traffic & Travel posted on X: “M3 Southbound - Two lanes BLOCKED between J11/A3090 Winchester and J12/A335 Chandlers Ford due to an incident, delays back past J10/A31 Winchester.”

AA traffic news is reporting: “Long delays and two lanes closed due to multi-vehicle crash on M3 Southbound from J11 A3090 (Winchester South) to J12 A335 (Eastleigh). Congestion to J10 Winchester. Lanes two and three (of three) are closed with traffic passing in lane one.”
