Lines closed between Petersfield and Portsmouth for maintenance - bus replacements to operate
Trains will not run between two stations this weekend
Replacement buses will be operating between two railway stations due to maintenance work.
South Western Railway has confirmed the lines between Petersfield and Portsmouth will be closed all day while engineers complete essential maintenance on Sunday, September 6.
Services from London Waterloo to Portsmouth via Guildford services will terminate at Petersfield, and buses will run between Petersfield and Portsmouth Harbour via Havant.
As a result of the engineering work, Southern Rail services will also be affected, with all routes to and from Portsmouth Harbour impacted. Buses will run between Chichester, Portsmouth Harbour and Southampton Central.
Customers are being warned that journey times will be increased when using replacement buses.
