Man leaves bath running and floods Cosham flat block
A CLEAN up operation is in progress after a man left his bath running which overflowed and flooded a Cosham flat block.
Firefighters from Cosham Fire Station were called out at 4.30pm this afternoon to check electrical supplies and ensure the block of flats was safe.Â
A spokesman for the fire station said: '˜The man had left his bath running after falling asleep and it flooded his flat and all the flats below.
'˜There is now a significant clean up operation in progress by the residents.
'˜Ourselves and electrical engineers were called out to ensure electricity supplies affected would not cause a risk.'
