Delays on M3 this morning due to broken down vehicle

SHORT delays are forming on the M3 near Winchester due to a broken down vehicle.

One lane is blocked on the entry slip for junction 11 as a result.

In a tweet, traffic monitoring system Romanse, said: ‘M3 southbound - one lane blocked on the entry slip for J11/A3090 Winchester due to a broken down vehicle, short delays.’
