M27 Eastbound delays easing after broken down vehicle leaves lane blocked

Queues have been tailing from the blocked lane at J10/A32 at Fareham.

All lanes at J10/A32 are now cleared and delays are easing.

According to Traffic England, there are currently delays of 10 minutes against expected traffic.
