Here's what to expect from the weather in Portsmouth this weekend

Temperatures in Gosport hit highs of 29.6C on Thursday according to the Met Office.

While in other parts of Hampshire it got as warm as 32.1C.

However that was during the week, when it is likely many of us were working and couldn’t properly enjoy the warm weather.

So what can we expect over the weekend?

Here is what the Met Office forecast says:

Portsmouth

Saturday – Heavy rain showers changing to cloudy in the afternoon – highs of 18C and lows of 14C

Sunday – Sunny – highs of 17C and lows of 13C

Gosport

Saturday – Heavy rain showers changing to cloudy in the afternoon – highs of 18C and lows of 14C

Sunday – Sunny – highs of 17C and lows of 13C

Fareham

Saturday – Heavy rain showers changing to sunny intervals in the afternoon – highs of 18C and lows of 13C

Sunday – Sunny – highs of 17C and lows of 13C

Waterlooville

Saturday – Heavy rain showers changing to cloudy in the afternoon – highs of 19C and lows of 13C

Sunday – Sunny changing to cloudy by lunchtime – highs of 18C and lows of 12C

Havant

Saturday – Heavy rain showers changing to cloudy in the afternoon – highs of 19C and lows of 14C

Sunday – Sunny changing to cloudy by lunchtime – highs of 17C and lows of 13C
