PICTURES: People soak up the glorious weather as the Met Office confirms another sunny spell

The glorious weather has resulted in thousands of people lapping up the sunshine across the city.

Earlier this month, Portsmouth benefitted from a mini heatwave with temperatures reaching highs of 27 degrees - and a second warm spell will be heading to the city once again.

The Met Office said: “Fine and dry through the period with plenty of sunshine and clear skies. Warm or very warm, but cooler across parts of Kent and East Sussex with an onshore breeze.”
