Hyrox: The ultimate fitness experience comes to Havant Leisure Centre
Starting 1st May, Horizon Leisure is launching its specialist HYROX training programme, offering eight classes a week, 60 minutes in duration, with space for 30 people in each class.

HYROX isn't just another workout class, it's a worldwide fitness phenomenon combining functional exercises such as sled push, sled pull, burpees and rowing, with running intervals that tests your endurance, strength and mental determination like nothing else.
It’s ideal for both athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level. It’s also a great way to train for a HYROX event.
The classes are led by Horizon Leisure's certified HYROX affiliated coaches, offering a perfect opportunity to challenge yourself in a supportive environment where camaraderie and teamwork flourish.

We have upskilled our PTs and gym instructors to expertly guide customers through the HYROX programme, teaching correct technique and pacing strategies.

HYROX classes are available as part of Horizon Leisure’s membership, but can also be accessed as pay as you go.

Join us on May 1st for our energetic HYROX Launch Party! From 6 to 7pm, enjoy working out to the beats of our live DJ while experiencing the HYROX atmosphere in full swing. We'll have refreshments available to keep you hydrated and decorations that bring the HYROX vibe to life.
