Grant McCann's side have no injury worries going into the game as they look to maintain a solid start to the season.

Loanees Mallik Wilks and Herbie Kane, inset, are both expected to be in the starting XI following their summer arrivals.

And John Marquis will lead the line for Donny.

The ex-Blues loanee has two goals this term but hasn't scored in his past three games, missing a penalty against Scunthorpe and a gilt-edged chance in his side's loss to Burton Albion.

Meanwhile, Kenny Jackett must decide whether to name the same Pompey side for the third match in succession.

That would mean Brett Pitman, who created the Blues' late winner for Ronan Curtis at Bristol Rovers, remaining on the bench.

Dion Donohue is the Blues' sole injury absentee from the trip to Doncaster.

The versatile performer is now running as part of his rehabilitation from a groin problem, but is not yet involved in full training.

Otherwise it's a clean bill of health for Kenny Jackett's men, with Nathan Thompson now available again following a knock.
