Defender officially a free agent as Norwich announce his departure after Portsmouth loan spell
The centre-back is now officially a free agent after spending the 2019-20 season on loan at Pompey.
Raggett scored two goals in 38 appearances for Kenny Jackett’s side as they suffered League One play-off semi-final defeat to Oxford.

Hide AdThe ex-Lincoln man told The News earlier this week he’d had no contact from the Canaries since lockdown amid the coronavirus crisis and expected he was not part of their plans.
Norwich did previously have the option of an additional 12 months.
And despite Daniel Farke’s men being relegated to the Championship, they have allowed Raggett to depart.
A club statement read: ‘Sean Raggett has left Norwich City after his playing contract officially came to an end.

Hide Ad'The central defender spent the 2019-20 campaign on loan at League One club Portsmouth, making 38 appearances in all competitions.
‘Raggett joined Norwich from Lincoln City in the summer of 2017. He made two appearances for the club.
‘All at Norwich City wish Sean well in his future career.’
Raggett told The News that he would be open to returning to Fratton Park – although he's spoken to other clubs.
Pompey boss Kenny Jackett has also revealed he would be keen for the former Dover man to sign on a permanent basis.
