The former Crookhorn College pupil made two Leasing.com Trophy appearances for his boyhood club, scoring on debut in a 3-1 win over Norwich under-21s.

After his Pompey departure, Flint had a trial with League Two outfit Walsall before joining Bogor on a permanent basis.

However, the 19-year-old is now in the Netherlands, taking the same trajectory as his former Pompey team-mate Leon Maloney.

Flint is on trial with the Dutch second-tier side's reserves and featured in a goalless draw against OFC Oostzaan on Saturday.

‘In the past I played with Leon Maloney at Portsmouth. Right now I'm out of club and I hope to have a chance at FC Volendam during this trial period.

′My first impression of the club is positive, everything is professional and well arranged.

‘The training sessions are tough, but at a good level and it's good to be able to test myself.’
