Sam Argent departs Gosport Borough to join former club Hartley Wintney
The striker only signed for Borough last summer after leaving Basingstoke Town.
Argent scored just two goals for Gosport in his time at Privett Park - one in a 5-1 League Cup loss to Sholing in September and the other in a 3-2 Southern League success at Tiverton Town at the end of November.

Hide AdHe had primarily been a sub in recent months since Gosport signed Chris Flood to partner top scorer Matt Paterson in attack.
Argent started his career with the Southampton academy as a defender before switching to a striker at Whitchurch United.
There he scored 21 goals in 18 appearances in 2012/13, helping them to Wessex Division 1 promotion.
He first moved to Hartley WIntney in 2013 and helped them win successive Combined Counties titles before moving to Basingstoke four years later.

Hide AdArgent went straight into the starting line-up at Swindon Supermarine at the weekend, where Hartley lost 3-2.
Gosport were without a fixture this weekend as their scheduled opponents Salisbury were in FA Trophy action.
Former Pompey striker Steve Claridge’s side were beaten 4-0 at Chelmsford City in a second round tie.
