The match has been re-arranged several times due to the poor weather, but both teams now know the winner will face the Isle of Wight in the final on April 25.

Pumas head coach Liam Moggeridge said: ‘There are quite a few players unavailable as this was originally a rest weekend for the club to watch the final matches in the Six Nations.

‘But we have again improved our second team capabilities this season and have a good depth now within the club from which we can select from.’

Prop Paul Price has been recalled with Tom O’Grady starting in the second row.

Alex Buck gets his senior debut at flanker, along with Michael Thomson in the backs on the left wing.

Harry Graham starts at fly half while Ben Angell comes back in on the right wing.

Charlie Ford steps back in as captain.

Pumas have made a great recovery to their season, putting together a 12-match unbeaten run.

That was only ended with defeat at Overton last weekend to give them a chance of promotion to the Hampshire Premier.

Chairman George Winch said: ‘Despite our lack of club facilities, we are delivering great rugby for a wide section of the community to enjoy.

‘However, the lack of facilities has meant we have had to drop our 11-13 age groups as we did not have enough players to retain in each group.

‘The club continue to press Fareham Borough Council to help in identifying a piece of land (on which) we can consolidate all our club - including our Puma Cubs - the 5-11 year olds - into one location.

‘If anyone in the Locksheath, Warsash, Burridge and Whiteley areas can help with land and help us build a legacy for many years to come, I would love to have a conversation.’
