Manic Street Preachers announced for Victorious Festival 2020 in Southsea
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
The Welsh rock band will play on Saturday at Britain's biggest metropolitan festival held at Southsea Common.
This year the festival will run across August 28-30 and before today's announcement already boasted Ian Brown, The Streets, Royal Blood, Nile Rodgers and CHIC.

Hide AdFestival director Andy Marsh said: ‘We are thrilled to add The Manics to the line up.
‘They have an amazing back-catalogue with huge hits that I grew up listening to, plus they’re incredible live.
‘We’ve carefully curated the line up to include notable headliners, family favourites and new talent to try and make sure there really is something for everyone to enjoy and we’re looking forward to announcing even more acts soon.'
Manic Street Preachers have had 13 studio albums with hits including A Design for Life, Everything Must Go and You Stole The Sun From My Heart.
They have won 11 NME awards, eight Q awards and four Brits.

Hide AdVictorious this year will have a champagne bar, real ale area and market stall, and a kids arena.
Early bird tickets are available from £30 a day. Tier two for early bird pricing ends on April 5.
