Country and western party at Denmead Grange!
Staff, residents and relatives came together at Denmead Grange to enjoy a family Country and Western BBQ that was held in the home’s grounds on Saturday the 22nd of August.

The fabulous hospitality team at Denmead Grange served a selection of Country and Western favourites including Pulled pork, Potato skins, Corn on the cob and Fajitas which were enjoyed by everyone who came to the event. This was served with a selection of refreshments including cocktails and finishing off with Ice cream Sundaes.
Guests included friends and family to the residents and staff at the home. The team at the home also invited local singer Richard who performed a range of Country and Western Classics, which many of the guests sang along to. The home also had a Line Dancing teacher Bev who got everyone up and dancing and some of the staff have found a new love for Country dancing. The residents really enjoyed watching the staff have a good go at learning! Some of the lovely residents got up and danced along too.

Resident, Dave said, “I thoroughly enjoyed the day surrounded by lots of great people. Thankfully the weather was not too hot. The Staff did a great job, not just on the day, but organising the event and getting everyone together.”
Abbie Johnston General Manager at the home, said: “Staff at Denmead Grange are dedicated to making sure that the residents and their relatives and friends get to make special memories and enjoy family events. It was a lovely afternoon with our Denmead Grange family”
