Portsmouth business SEB aircon opens first dedicated office as their team grows
Portsmouth-based Service Business, SEB Aircon, is entering a new chapter in its development, with business growth prompting investment in its team, operations and first dedicated office space.

Since the beginning of October of 2026, the company has been operating from Unit 15, Fairways Business Centre, Airport Service Road, Portsmouth, PO3 5NU, within the CDM Group Hub.
SEB Aircon is part of the wider CDM Group; a network of businesses bringing together different services across the construction, building services and property sectors. The group operates with a one-stop approach, allowing clients to access a range of specialist teams and services under one roof, rather than having to coordinate every aspect of a project independently.

Within this wider structure, SEB Aircon specialises in Air Conditioning, Heating, Ventilation and Refrigeration Services. Establishing its first dedicated office within the CDM Group Hub marks an important step for the business as it continues to develop its own operations while remaining part of this wider network.
Alongside the move, SEB Aircon has welcomed Lily as its full-time Head Administrator. Her appointment brings dedicated support to the day-to-day running of the business, helping coordinate the organisation and communication that underpin its work.
For Director Trevor Banks, these developments represent an important step towards the company's future.
“It's an exciting time for SEB Aircon. As the business continues to grow, we want to make sure our team and operations grow with it. Opening our first dedicated office and welcoming Lily into the team are important steps in building the right foundations for the future. The name SEB has always been personal to me because of Spencer and Edie, so it's great to see the business continue to develop while keeping that connection at its heart.”

There is a personal story behind the company's name. The initials SEB represent Director, Trevor Banks', two children, Spencer and Edie, giving the business a family connection that remains part of its identity as it develops.
While SEB Aircon's work centres on technical building services, the organisation behind that work also plays an important role. As a business grows, managing communications, coordinating schedules and maintaining effective administrative processes become increasingly important.
Lily's appointment reflects the company's focus on strengthening these internal operations, helping ensure the team has the support needed as its workload develops.
The new office and Lily's appointment mark two practical milestones in the company's journey. As SEB Aircon continues to grow within the wider CDM Group, the focus remains on building a strong team and establishing the foundations for its next stage of development.
