Company offers traineeships

YOUNG people are being offered the chance to learn on the job by a training provider.

The Care Learning Centre, in Newport, Isle of Wight, is also offering traineeships across Hampshire, as well as apprenticeships in health and social care, customer service and business administration.

Emma Carpenter, training adviser, said: ‘We are delivering a new and unrivalled course in Hampshire.

‘The traineeship is a great opportunity for people aged between 16-24 to gain real work experience, job skills and improve maths and English where needed.

‘It’s hard for young people to get experience, particularly if they’re not sure what they want to do or do not want to attend college. This programme enables them to trial high quality work experience. We do all the hard work and find the placements for the young people in any sector.’
