Meon Valley hair salon Head Masters proves it's a cut above with top marks for customer service

A HAIR salon in the Meon Valley has been given top marks for its customer service, for the second year in a row.

Head Masters Hair Design in Houchin Street, Bishop’s Waltham received a Five Star Client Experience Award for the second year.

The award is given by Pho rest, a salon software firm that Head Masters uses to manage its appointments, in recognition of the highest standard of client care.

Manager Helen Crane said: ‘Customer service has always been a top priority at Head Masters and with the current Covid-19 outbreak, client and staff PPE is of even more importance to the team.
