Industrial unit's new tenant

INTERNATIONAL windscreen company Belron Limited has signed up to take over a newly-refurbished unit on Flanders Industrial Park, Hedge End.

Hellier Langston, acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, secured the deal.

The unit comprises 11,515 sq ft distribution and office space and the tenant joins existing occupiers, such as, Veho, RS Components and Bainbridge International.

Matthew Poplett, director at Hellier Langston, said: ‘Our client’s confidence to carry out a very extensive refurbishment of this unit meant it was ideally placed for regional and national distribution occupiers, being close to the M27 and M3. The Flanders Industrial Park offers occupiers modern and useable space and it was no real surprise when Belron chose it for their expanded operation.’
