Station needs advertisers
THE first Asian and ethnic language radio station in south Hampshire is on the hunt for advertisers.

The station, Awaaz FM, which is based in Southampton but covers Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth, Havant and Chichester, launched on DAB digital radio in February.
It is aired in nine languages, including Punjabi and Urdu. As well as volunteers, it is looking for advertisers and sponsorship.
