Daniel Manning, 28, of White Hart Road, Gosport, admitted drink-driving in Houghton Avenue, Waterlooville, on July 8.

A test revealed he was triple the limit with 105 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month community order with a four-month tagged curfew between 8pm and 6am.

He must complete 15 days’ rehabilitation activities.

Manning must pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

He was banned from driving for 24 months.

Rimas Karpicius, 30, of Newmarket Road, Royston, Hertfordshire, admitted drink-driving in Orchard Road, Southsea, on July 11.

A test showed he had 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

He was fined £500 with an 18-month ban.

He must pay a £50 surcharge and £85 costs.

Joanna Smith, 26, of High Street, Castle Donington, Derby, admitted driving while unfit through drink at HMNB Portsmouth on July 16.

She was fined £440 with a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Johnny Cash, 32, of Ashridge, Farnborough, admitted driving an unlicensed car while banned, failing to provide a specimen of breath, driving without insurance and altering his Jaguar car's registration plate.

Magistrates imposed an eight-week jail term suspended for a year for his third offence of driving while banned.

He must complete 20 days' rehabilitation activities and 200 hours' unpaid work.

He was banned from driving for 40 months.

Cash must pay a £122 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Cash was caught in St Matthew's Road, Cosham, on July 18.

Gary Lewington, 49, of Queens Road, Copnor, admitted racially-aggravated assault on June 16 at his address.

He was fined £200 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Danielle Pearson, 30, of April Square, Portsea, admitted four charges of fraud by using a bank card on August 1 last year.

She must pay £144 compensation and £85 costs.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge.

Alexander Whitehouse, 26, of David Newberry Drive, Lee-on-the-Solent, admitted drink-driving on the M27 at Portsmouth on March 10.

A test revealed he had 172 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

The legal limit is 80.

Magistrates fined him £300 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
