Havant Borough Council said this applied to all vehicle removals with its contractor ‘unless they are causing a present, clear and immediate danger’.
A statement posted on its website said: ‘This will remain in place until further notice. All reports will still be logged, checked and progressed when we are able to do so.
‘Residents will be updated when we have any updates.’
