Visitors must instead pay at the car park’s pay meters and input their vehicle registration number.

Writing on Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust earlier this afternoon, a spokesperson said: ‘For anyone with concession parking, including disabled drivers and those who have been given a concession from the ward or department, please attend the reception desk with your blue badge or concession slip on your way out.’

Visitors can also pay for their parking using the JPass app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
