Travellers set up camp at Lakeside North Harbour site in Cosham
Six vehicles and three caravans were seen at the Lakeside North Harbour site.
A statement from Portsmouth City Council which now owns the site, said: ‘The council was alerted to the encampment on Saturday evening (March 27). Those present are believed to be part of the traveller community and to have accessed the site from the highway.
