Satisfied with a point away from home?

I’m quite disappointed with the result, if I’m honest.

I thought it was a rather toothless display in the end, with not enough clear-cut chances created over the 90 minutes.

We should be creating more than what we saw on Saturday – and those few that we did create we didn’t take them, which is a massive disappointment.

Credit to Crewe, they played well, and it proved to be a good game in the end.

However, the final result was disappointing – and one that wasn’t exactly helped by some suspect decision-making by the referee and linesmen.

The was a dodgy offside decision made against Gary Roberts, while Michael Smith has his shirt pulled when in a great position.

What did you make of Smith’s performance, who was substituted in the second half?

I think Smith and Milan Lalkovic had to come off, they just weren’t doing enough.

You could see the confidence draining from him, particularly when some of the travelling fans started to pick him out for some criticism.

There were people booing him and his confidence was lost midway through the second half.

I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and I do think he tries, but he just didn’t have it on Saturday.

We have Morecambe coming up on Tuesday night and I think a change up front is important.

Curtis Main missed a few chances when he came on, but looks like he’s got some talent.

It would be good to see him and Kyle Bennett start on Tuesday night.

Lalkovic looks good but he likes to play too much and loses possession quite a bit.

It wasn’t nice to see Jack Whatmough having to come off.

It was a real shame for him.

I thought he was playing really well and was our best player in the first half.

The tackle he made to pick up the injury was a blinder, and I just hope this isn’t going to be a regular occurrence for him.

He’s definitely got so much to offer.

With him out, I’m slightly worried by the defence.

Tom Davies did well at Coventry and will be good cover. But, in general, there’s not that much experience there.
