Lavery leaves Owls after rejecting contract
Caolan Lavery has left Sheffield Wednesday after turning down the Championship club's contract offer.
The Canada-born striker enjoyed a successful loan spell with Pompey last season, netting four times in 13 appearances for Paul Cook’s men.
However, he has been frozen out by Owls boss Carlos Carvalhal and will now seek a long-term future away from Hillsborough.
