Portsmouth striker completes loan switch as Blues sanction exit
Tayo Singerr has netted one goal in two senior appearances for Pompey.
Pompey striker Tayo Singerr is on the move after recovering from a hamstring injury.
The highly-rated 18-year-old has joined National League South outfit AFC Totton on a youth loan deal for the remainder of the campaign.
The young talent makes the move to the seventh tier of English football, having spent the second half of last term with Gosport Borough, who play in the Southern League Premier Division.

Singerr announced his arrival into Pompey’s first-team in August 2025 when, coming on as a substitute, he netted a debut goal at the age of 17 years and 10 months in the Carabao Cup defeat to Reading.
He spent the first half of the season with Isthmian League South Central Division outfit Moneyfields where he impressed, scoring 14 goals in 18 appearances before being recalled by Pompey in January.
Amid Pompey’s injury issues at the turn of the year, the striker was handed his Championship bow in the New Years’ Day defeat to Bristol City, coming off the bench to feature in the final 16 minutes of the contest.
Singerr penned his first professional deal later that month before being named in match-day squads to face Watford, Sheffield Wednesday and Charlton Athletic.
He would then spend the second half of the season on loan at Gosport where he later sustained a hamstring issue.
Following his brief Privett Park stint, John Mousinho hoped to reward the academy product with a move higher up the football pyramid.
And now back to full fitness, having missed pre-season because of the hamstring problem, Singerr will spend the campaign on loan with AFC Totton, who currently sit ninth in the National League South ahead of their game against Weston-super-Mare on Tuesday evening.
