Sheffield Wednesday to poach defender from arch rivals
Sheffield Wednesday are closing in on the signing of defender Max Lowe from their arch rivals Sheffield United.
According to our sister paper, The Star, talks are at an advanced stage for the attack-minded left-back who has a Hillsborough medical lined up for the end of this week.
Lowe is available on a free transfer after spending nearly four years at Bramall Lane.
