The event will take place at The Cross Keys Pub on Sunday 1 November, from 2pm to 4pm, giving local people the opportunity to come together, enjoy some food and, most importantly, have their say about the future of their community.

The event is part of the Pride in Place programme, which is backed by UK Government funding and aims to put local residents at the heart of decisions about their neighbourhood.

Residents will be able to share their views on what matters most to them, what they would like to see improved locally and what they want to see happen in Paulsgrove in the future.

Amanda Martin MP said: “I’m really pleased we're inviting Paulsgrove residents along to our Pride in Place event this Sunday. This is a great opportunity to come along, have a chat, enjoy a free hot dog and, most importantly, tell us what you think.

“We want to make sure local residents are at the heart of the Pride in Place programme, and that the investment reflects what people who live here actually want and need.

“A huge thank you to the Cross Keys for hosting us and helping to bring people together. This is just the start, and there will be more opportunities for residents to get involved and have their say in the months ahead.”

The event is free to attend, with hot dogs available for residents.

Residents are encouraged to drop in between 2pm and 4pm on Sunday 1 November at The Cross Keys Pub.
