Balance Wellness Club is set to open in Wellington Way in Waterlooville Town Centre on November 8. The new club will offer an in-house coffee shop and contrast therapy, which is a treatment that focuses on temperature extremes.
Luke Porter, of Balance Wellness Club, said: “We're thrilled to offer a unique and invigorating approach to holistic health: Contrast Therapy. This centuries-old practice involves alternating between cold exposure, such as ice baths, and heat therapy, often using saunas.

The coffee shop will be opening in the unit next to the wellness club and will have an emphasis on local produce. Luke said: “From the coffee we serve to the cakes and snacks we offer, everything is sourced from local suppliers in the area. Supporting local businesses is a key part of our mission as we aim to create a wellness hub that truly reflects and gives back to the community.”
With the opening just over three weeks away, people are able to register their interest in the therapy sessions and be the first to find out about membership options via the Balance Wellness Club website.
