Do you agree with how Blues writer Jordan Cross sees the performances from John Mousinho’s squad to date?

9. John Swift 6
Arguably the most variable performer in John Mousinho’s squad in terms of the Gosport lad’s impact this term. Started off as part of the double pivot where his displays really fluctuated, before moving to a more advanced position where he’s operated most of his career. Inconsistencies saw Swift drop out of the team, but returned to take on a central role in Pompey’s two best away wins of the season at Millwall and Charlton. Looks the best option for the 10 role at present. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages

10. Colby Bishop 4
Crisis season for Pompey’s main supply of goals, with the Blues’ decision not to recruit experience to push Bishop exposed amid his form crashing. One league goal from open play across 35 appearances is the well-worn and damning stat. For much of that time you could argue the top scorer for the past three seasons was still offering a focal point to his team’s play, but that influence waned amid a clear confidence issue. Bashed up Millwall and Charlton’s physical back lines last month, though, and still key to hopes of survival. | Garaham Hunt

11. Adrian Segecic 7
The one undoubted success of what is increasingly looking to be a dreadful summer of recruitment. Aussie has bagged six goals to assume the mantle of Pompey’s top scorer in his first campaign in English football. Made an impact in his favoured number 10 position early on, but shifted to the right where his impact has not been as strong all told. Displays have fluctuated which is to be expected, but credible maiden Championship term so far all told. | Getty Images

12. Florian Bianchini 2
Absolute dud of a loan signing. Eleven appearances which showed little of the output or quality hoped for from the Frenchman and not seen since November, with Pompey lumbered with the £1.95m Swansea signing among a tendonitis issue with his knee. Worst signing of last summer - and it’s a low bar. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages
