Portsmouth weather: When will heavy rain hit city? Hour by hour forecast as relentless showers expected
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
The Met Office predicts relentless rain throughout most of the morning and this afternoon. Residents across the Portsmouth area have been hit by large amounts of rainfall, with the forecaster previously issuing warnings for flooding across Hampshire.
Parts of Gosport were struck with flooding on Monday, with Leesland Road being left in “deep” water. Blocked drains saw water spill out into the road which was then blocked off.
