'Awful. Someone explain to me': Portsmouth faithful all say same thing after huge controversy at Burnley
Pompey had a goal wrongly disallowed in the opening stages against Burnley.
The Fratton faithful have been left fuming after Pompey were wrongly denied an opener against Burnley.
However, referee Ruebyn Ricardo felt Ryan Kavuma-McQueen fouled the Clarets stopper in the build-up and subsequently disallowed the midfielder’s strike.

Replays, though, showed the keeper fell on the Chelsea loanee after his clearance, much to the frustration of John Mousinho’s troops.
And the decision to rule out the opening goal at Turf Moor has been criticised by the Fratton faithful, who are far from impressed with the officiating in Lancashire.
Here’s the best of the reaction from X.
@PompeyPatter: Awful decision from Ricardo. Honking referee.
@04Tyler_PUP: HOW'S THAT A FOUL?!?!?!
@markj2k73: Robbed there to be honest the ref has had a nightmare.
@Ragget4England: Should’ve been a goal.
@DannySmithPfc: Nothing wrong with that should be 1-0 up
@lavzyy: Someone explain to me how that has been disallowed please cheers.
@ozymandiasJH: This ref is a complete muppet. Burnley getting their ‘we were in the EPL last year’ benefit of every decision. Literally giving them everything. Pompey need to score 3 to win this at least.
@Palmrick_pfc: Know how this is going then.
@pfcJoe89: So soft. Keeper jumped and punched it.
